DesignTotal & Consulting which is headquartered in Belgrade (Serbia) was founded in 2017 by dipl.oec. Milan Ojdanić. After five years of work and successful projects realized on the territory of Austria, he opened 2022 DesignTotal in Vienna (Austria). The business reputation of the company is created by the young and ambitious team together with couple more experienced and older architects and designers with over 10 years of experience in interior design and field of urbanism. Together they create ideas that can avoid almost any obstacle. DesignTotal & Consulting is a multidisciplinary architect studio located in Belgrade and Vienna which integrate couple different disciplines like architecture, urbanism, interior, design and art. All the time we work on finding new possibilities to integrate architecture and art in society so we could leave our own mark. We cooperate with experts from our and other countries in order to gain new knowledge and advanced training about new techniques in field of modern construction. Our projects meet all needs from clients in field of residential architecture in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Austria, etc.

Complete architectural design services
Our engineering team provides planning and design of residential, commercial and hotel facilities, adaptation, reconstruction and upgrading of facilities. Starting from the request analysis, to the delivery of the complete project documentation according to which the construction is implemented and legalized.
Conceptual architectural solutions
Conceptual architectural solutions are the basis for establishing the concept and extent of works on residential and commercial buildings and other facilities. Preliminary design may be called basis, with the help by which you and the architect can decide what you need and what you want. At this point we especially consider what is possible and what is necessary to be done.
Interior design and 3D visualization
DesignTotal & Consulting provides to their clients the service of the complete design, reconstruction, and interior design. By choosing an appropriate and high-quality materials, colors, lighting and furniture, our team applies the basic concept of modern organised space, which provides users with pleasantness and satisfaction. The main goal of our solution is a balance between functionality and modern shaped space.
Design, development and manufacture of furniture
Production of high quality unique solid wood furniture with a focus on the production of armchairs and wallpapers, as well as the preparation and execution of the overall interior according to the plan template.
Modeling
Modeling provides an accurate and detailed insight into the project and is an ideal way to show it well in advance and keep ideas prevailing. Models are available in different sizes and can be customized to suit the customer directly. Different materials are used during model creation. For example, the most popular materials are special cardboard boxes or plastic ones.
3D Model
Architectural scale models allow easier understanding of space and defining the strategy work. In addition to research models, which are an integral part of the design process, we also create scale models of existing projects or completed structures in order of presentation. We approach each scale model with care, thoroughly analyzing the needs and purposes of the model, which further defines its production technique, the degree of detail, size and so on. In our work, we are constantly exploring different techniques through experimentation with form and using different materials.
